1940's Warehouse into Creative Office Space
Durst Builders and Essey Construction have teamed up once again on a project for the Luzzatto Company. A complete renovation of a 1940’s warehouse on Exposition Blvd in Los Angeles. The building now contains a complete 2nd-floor mezzanine; a reinforced roof structure to turn it into an amazing creative office open workspace. The schedule requirements were extreme, to say the least, but Durst Builders stepped up and pushed through numerous challenges with little overtime to enable Essey Construction to turn the building over to the owner on time.
