The Los Angeles area is full of 80 to 100 plus year old buildings. On this particular project Durst teamed with Del Amo Construction to reinforce the existing structure to support new code requirements; Remove and replace old and rooted beams; create a new roof diaphragm all within the owners budget and ahead of schedule.
