Flemings Steakhouse, Design & Build Pasadena Restaurant

Durst Builders teamed up with Englewood Construction and exceeded expectations for cost savings and a logistically challenging site. The project site was on the corner of two major street with a high rise on the other side and parking structure backing up to the rear of the site. Safety, trade coordination and deliveries were all a challenge yet the Durst teamed consistently stayed on or ahead of schedule and restaurant opened right on schedule.
